Terms of Service
Last updated 26 August 2026.
1. Agreement
By using aquajet.ai you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. What we provide
A marketplace layer that lets you discover and enquire about water sports experiences operated by independent third parties.
Maritime intelligence and inspection software provided under separate commercial agreements.
Information about autonomous maritime systems. Content describing future capability is forward-looking and does not constitute a commitment or an offer of securities.
3. Bookings and third-party operators
Experiences are delivered by independent operators who are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, safety procedures and cancellation policies. Where AquaJet acts as an intermediary, the contract for the activity is between you and the operator.
Prices shown are indicative until confirmed. Cancellation and refund terms are those of the operator and are shown before you confirm a booking.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, scrape data at scale, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping any account credentials secure.
5. Intellectual property
The AquaJet name, software, models, documentation and site content are owned by AquaJet or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the site for its intended purpose.
6. Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Consumers keep all statutory rights, including EU withdrawal rights where applicable.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date below and, where required, notified to you. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Where you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA or UK, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
